At Restora Dream, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our Returns and Refunds policy is designed to be clear and fair for all customers.
Change of Mind
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours after placing it by contacting us at info@restoradream.com. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be changed.
Returns
We offer a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@restoradream.com. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Approved returns must be shipped to our return facility in Melbourne, Australia. The exact return address will be provided once your return is approved.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including international return shipping fees, customs duties, and any associated costs. International return shipping costs can vary by location, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost or stolen orders
Restora Dream accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that are confirmed delivered by the courier. We do not reimburse or replace items reported as lost after confirmed delivery.
Exchanges
Rather than exchanging an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
